Hiring Manager Search, rebuilt

Finding the right person is often the hardest part of direct outreach—and exactly where many job seekers give up. In 2.0, we rewrote the engine behind Hiring Manager Search from the ground up.

The new algorithm is faster and more precise. It cuts through the noise to identify the person most likely to be responsible for a role—not a random team lead or a recruiter several levels removed, but the decision-maker closest to the hiring need.

We also streamlined the experience around the search. Results are easier to scan, and moving from “I found the role” to “I found the person” now takes far less effort.

Email Search

Knowing whom to contact is only half the work—you still need a reliable way to reach them. Email Search surfaces verified professional addresses for the hiring managers and contacts you find.

No more guessing at company email formats or sending messages to inactive inboxes. Once you identify the right person, the next contact path is ready to use.

Outreach tailored to the person and the job

Generic outreach gets ignored. A message that reads like a mail merge rarely earns attention, so Leadify 2.0 makes personalization the default.

Leadify generates emails and professional-network messages shaped by two things at once: whom you are contacting and the specific role you want. You get a relevant draft that is ready to review, personalize, and send—without starting from a blank page.
